Adult and Junior Course Bookings

Places will only be reserved after full payment is received for all Adult and Junior Coaching courses. All payments must be received in full at least 24 hours before the course start-date.

  • All advanced bookings are made through our website  with payment made via Paypal on www.lifetimetennis.co.uk for adults and children. (See below for online payment T’s & C’s)
  • If a prior booking has not been made online, participants may pay in person prior to the start of the first class but no guarantees can be made that places will be available. Payments in person should be in cash or cheque made to – LifeTime Tennis UK Ltd.

Clubmark Codes of Practice

Parents must be aware and abide by the Lifetime Tennis Code of Practice for Parents and Guardians. All junior players must abide by the principles set out in the Lifetime Tennis Code of Practice for young people. If a parent would like to speak to someone regarding these codes, the designated Child Protection Officer is James Webber. Coaches James Webber (info@lifetimetennis.co.uk / Ph: 07962277709) and Daniel Griffiths (dan@lifetimetennis.co.uk / Ph: 07799620007) have also completed the Child Protection Training workshop and can also be of assistance.

Medical Conditions

If you, or any other person that you have made a booking for, have any medical problem or disability, please tell us before you confirm your booking. You must also promptly notify us of any deterioration or adverse change in or development of any medical condition or disability. If we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we must reserve the right to decline the booking or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when we become aware of these details.

Online Bookings

All our website financial transactions are made via Paypal. You should only provide your personal information after reviewing the Paypal T’s & C’s and privacy policies.

Lifetime Tennis does not share, sell, or give away your information to third parties. Your privacy is important to us. Refer to our privacy policy for further information.

Please carefully read your confirmation invoice, email and all other documents we send you as soon as you receive them. Contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later.

Prices

The tennis course and court booking prices quoted on our website and in our flyers or verbally to you are to the best of our knowledge correct at the time of publication.

We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in advertised prices at any time before your course registration is confirmed. We will advise you of any changes or errors of which we are aware and of the then applicable price at the time of booking.

Please note, changes and errors occasionally occur. You must check the price of your chosen course at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Occasionally, we have to make changes to and correct errors on the website and/or flyer before and after bookings have been confirmed. Whilst we always try to avoid changes and cancelations, we must reserve the right to do so.

The following changes to booked courses may be made:

  • a change of day
  • a change of starting time
  • a change of location

Junior Term-Time Courses

A child’s place is reserved when full payment is received by Lifetime Tennis.

Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the course start date.

If a course is canceled more than 7 days in advance of the course start date a £15 admin fee will apply.

If, due to bad weather, 1 class per half term (6 or 7 week period) is canceled no refund, make up lesson or voucher will be offered. If any further classes are canceled due to bad weather Lifetime Tennis will however offer one of the following options:

  • The opportunity to attend a class running on another day of the week if places are available,
  • A credit note to the value of the classes canceled to be used towards a future term of coaching.

Lessons will continue in light rain and will only be canceled in the event of heavy/constant rain. The bookings office should be called if there are any doubts over the weather.

Courses may be canceled if there are not adequate numbers enrolled.

Junior Holiday Camp

A child’s place is reserved when full payment is received by Lifetime Tennis.

Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the Camp start date.

If, due to bad weather, 1 day of the camp is canceled no refund, make up lesson or voucher will be offered. Lifetime Tennis will however offer a refund for any further days that are canceled at the following rates:

  • £15 for 3hr per day camps.

If heavy rain is predicted for the whole session Lifetime reserves the right to cancel, as we do not have the facilities for wet weather activities.

Courses may be canceled if there are not adequate numbers enrolled.

Adult Courses

Places are only reserved when full payment is received by Lifetime Tennis.

Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the course start date. If due to bad weather more than one class is cancelled the participants are offered either:

  • The opportunity to attend a class running on another day of the week if places are available,
  • A credit note to the value of the classes canceled to be used towards a future term of coaching

Lessons will continue in light rain and will only be canceled in the event of heavy/constant rain making the courts unplayable. In the event of heavy contant rain a decision will be made 15 minutes before the start of a session.

Courses may be canceled if there are not adequate numbers enrolled.

Damages, Loss and Injury

Damage caused whilst on the grounds is chargeable to the offender(s).

To the extent permitted by law, LifeTime Tennis will not accept responsibility for any injuries incurred during play on the Grounds in any weather/ground conditions.

LifeTime Tennis accepts no liability for damage to, or loss of, any property or articles or things whatsoever, placed or left on the Grounds by any person or organisation.

Complaints

Should you have a problem or complaint at any time, report it immediately to one of the LifeTime Tennis Coaches concerned who will endeavour to rectify matters immediately. If you remain dissatisfied, please write to LifeTime Tennis at:
